THE IDEA
We wanted to faithfully replicate the design of an ancient venetian windows giving clients the contemporary performances of a new window. Thanks to our patents we have been able to produce a thin prospect wooden profile with triple gasket and triple glazing. Now Venice is safe!
Piavevetro redesigns the windows of the last century and transforms the wood into a decorative element: the frame becomes part of the architecture while the weight of the crystals is supported by the Piavevetro system, allowing to create historic windows with glass that guarantee the safety and thermal insulation And acoustic.
Thanks to a careful design, Piavevetro is able to recreate every kind of historical window design, with careful attention to every detail, handles or hinges included.
THE RANGE
Window frame section of 68 mm. (Double glazed) or 80 mm. (Triple glazed) with triple gasket.
Production of handles and hinges as per designed sample in any different materials required.
Available single door, double leaf, openable and overhanging door, triple leaf, wasistas, sliding doors etc.
Uf = 1.6 Wm2K with Ug less than 1 Wm2K with Uw normally about 1.3 Wm2K or lower with triple glazing.
Available with armoured glazing.
